In addition to HUST’s general survey channels, the Faculty of Engineering Physics (FEP) have established their own survey channels to periodically gather feedback and evaluation from stakeholders, such as alumni, businesses, lecturers, students, and experts in each specific programme. These survey activities include evaluating the teaching and learning process, student satisfaction levels, employment rates after graduation, as well as assessment from lecturers and businesses regarding programmes and labor market needs. This practice provides necessary feedback from stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, and others, enabling the Faculty to implement necessary solutions to continuously improve the quality of their programmes and better meet the needs of students and society.
